Nate Condon
Managing Partner, Financial Advisor
Nate was raised in Janesville by parents who fostered a strong belief in the entrepreneurial way of life. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and graduated with honors. During his four years at Whitewater, he sold existing and new construction homes for his father’s real estate company, which led to starting his business career in lending. He worked in various lending roles over the next seven years, first with Wells Fargo then with UW Credit Union. In 2006, he became registered as a financial advisor within UW Credit Union’s Investment Services division.
In late 2011, Nate and his business partner, Clint Walkner, launched Walkner Condon Financial Advisors. This was the culmination of their respective dreams to own and operate their own financial planning firm.
Nate currently lives in Marshall with his wife and two children, Natalie and Griffin. He is passionate about spending time in the outdoors and traveling with his family. He loves the game of golf and experienced the wonder of Pebble Beach on a 40th birthday trip orchestrated by his wife, Sylina. An avid music fan, Nate has attended 22 Pearl Jam concerts (and counting!).
In the Spotlight
“My former life I was a mortgage loan officer. I enjoyed that, but it can get a little redundant…There’s not a ton of variety there. In this world, all we see is variety. Everybody’s situation is different…what they want out of a financial plan is different. And it makes it so that you never really get bored of the role that you’re in. “
